Niesenglass
Niesenglass consists of two main divisions:
Niesenglass Switzerland GmbH, a boutique glass manufactory producing bespoke works for artists, designers, architects, and companies in the lighting and interiors sector.
Niesenglass EU (Czech Republic), a technology hub where advanced glassmaking technologies are developed, manufactured, and serviced.
Founded in 2019 by Jan Vyskocil and Maximilian Schlott, Niesenglass builds on years of collaboration. Our manufactory not only produces exclusive custom pieces but also serves as a platform for fellow glassmakers and artists, offering them facilities to realize their own projects at basic cost.
Our glass manufactory provides colleagues in the glassmaking field with the opportunity to participate in projects or to create their own work for a basic cost. The aim is to connect the Swiss glassmaking scene and build a platform where other glassmakers and artists can bring their ideas to life. Niesenglass is fully equipped for blown glass, cast glass, slumped glass, and also offers great equiped coldshop, sandblasting, and much more. We also have access to a glass CNC machine, painting cabine, glass lamination, and tempered safety glass.
The electricity for our furnaces comes exclusively from photovoltaics installed ond the roof of the building, as efficient and environmentally friendly glass production is what we strive for. We want to motivate others, and this vision is reflected in the design of our glass furnaces and studios, which are manufactured in the Czech Republic and sold throughout Europe.
Starting next year, we will also open a small gallery to showcase glass artworks from different artists and thats can be an opportunity for someone of you.
